Thiswas by far my favorite day of the trip. It was another early start of the day for a quick 20-30 minute hike to the top of the Laba Island View Point. It was not until this moment that I realized how incredible Komodo and the surrounding islands are. The landscape of the islands rising out the sea was incredible.

hi haven't done this trip yet but this may help. take bags with you on boat or leave in storgae at your bali hotal. the flight is quick with 20 kg baggage, excess charges vary but aren't too bad. i think there is a small lear jet that takes you to flores. from flores you get a boat to rinca or flores. ive heard that rinca is better for seeing the dragons plus closer to the mainland.
